About Us
The Alumni Club of Bahrain, established in 1966, has played a pivotal role in Bahrain’s cultural and social scenes. Initially led by Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa, the club was founded with the goal of serving the nation by connecting alumni from various institutions and providing a space for cultural, social, and intellectual growth.
The club’s vision revolves around fostering a sense of community among alumni and supporting national cultural initiatives. It has been instrumental in hosting significant cultural and educational events, including conferences and discussions that align with its mission of national service. In 1977, the club moved to its current location Adliya, which was granted by the late Sheikh Isa bin Salman Al Khalifa. Over the years, the facilities have expanded, including the prestigious Isa bin Salman Cultural Hall, which hosts various high-profile events.
